What is the best exercise to keep you fit? An article in the NYT discusses what to do to maintain bone density and jumping is the winner over weight lifting and running!
In fact, most activities you did as a child like jumping, skipping, hula hoop, rolling around on the ground are the best activities for fitness. We add a few more 'adult' movements like salsa and brazilian dancing for the more mature element!
Many people say they cannot do these activities because their knees, ankles, hips, feet (you name it) hurt or they have arthritis or whatever. We teach you how to do these movements such that you will wonder why you ever thought you couldn't do them. Learning to use your body again like you did as a child (except no one had to teach you how to move when you were a kid!) is our approach.
Coming soon, videos of class exercises to get you moving like a child again.
Amazing information to keep ur Body Fit....

I looked at the health section of your magazine and it is the same, tired old stuff. I do like the drawings tho'. My approach to fitness is completely opposite to what your magazine advocates. If you like my approach then let's talk.
